Parques verdes urbanos e transformação de comportamento: uma proposta de framework teórico entre a Transformative Service Research e a Service Dominant Logic

Abstract

Considering the use of urban green parks an act of consumption and an experience that transforms the habits of its users, it is inferred the importance of Transformative Service Research and Service Dominant Logic in the proposition that, through respectful interactions, collaborative, sustainable, it’s possible to promote greater well-being. The objective of this theoretical essay is to propose a hypothetical research model between urban green parks and the behavioral transformation of its users. For this, a bibliometric review of Transformative Service Research on the scientific basis: web of Science was performed.
