Análise bibliométrica da produção acadêmica em direitos humanos e população LGBT nas universidades brasileiras

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the objective conditions for the construction of a possible collective identity for the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transvestite and transgender segment based on the contributions of human rights in the national scenario to elucidate the issue. The general objective of this paper is to map the scientific production in universities. The specific objectives are organized as follows: a) to identify the institutions that work with the theme focused on lesbians, gays, bisexuals, transvestites and transsexuals; b) identify the training of researchers who produce on the theme. To achieve the proposed objectives will be used bibliometric analysis in theses and dissertations with search in the repository of the Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations under the tutelage of the Brazilian Institute of Information in Science and Technology. The data collected and analyzed indicate a consistent production regarding the issues and needs of the LGBT population, from the perspective of human rights.
