Resumo

The aim of this study is to model, analyze and control a Didactical Flexible Manufacturing System using Timed Event Graphs. The system is, essentially, nondeterministic due to its route flexibility. The max-plus state equations that describe the system are obtained writing the firing time of each Timed Event Graph transition recursively. The analysis and simulation is done using Scicoslab software. To comply with the production conditions imposed on the system, a linear static state feedback controller was used, obtained by a max-plus regulation problem, that enforces some timing constraints in steady state. As a result, the state equations that can predict the ocurrence and the time production of the kth product A or B were obtained, along with the closed loop controller that meets all the previous constraints.
