Resumo
O presente trabalho pretende levantar questões a respeito dos temas que envolvem o ensino-aprendizagem da Arte em espaços não escolares, bem como a função do profissional da Arte-Educação em galerias e museus de arte. Foi realizado o levantamento das diversas atividades, responsabilidades, contribuições que são executadas por esse profissional, bem como o ensino-aprendizagem de Arte nesses espaços, os quais visam atender a sociedade. Conceitua o que é a mediação na atualidade e suas implicações, bem como a importância que tem sido dada à Arte-Educação e à mediação no contexto social brasileiro, além de algumas leis que reconhecem e reforçam o direito de acesso à Arte a todos os cidadãos brasileiros. Traz, também, algumas experiências pessoais,
desafios e complexidades do exercício da função, para questionar o atual tratamento que tem sido desprendido a esse campo de trabalho e seus profissionais. Além de questionar a desvalorização profissional, questiona a substituição do arte-educador
por outros recursos(vídeo, áudio, texto de parede, por exemplo). Faz-se ainda um breve panorama sobre os materiais didáticos educativos confeccionados pelos centros culturais, discorrendo também sobre possibilidades de materiais didáticos em formatos expandidos que podem ser ressignificados e aproveitados dependendo do objetivo do arte-educador. Traça-se uma relação entre a Mediação e a Arte no tocante à apropriação do pensamento artístico no processo do ensino-aprendizagem.
Abstract
The present paper intends to raise questions about the subjects that involve the teaching and learning of Art in non-scholar spaces, as well as the role of the Art Education professional in art galleries and museums. A data survey was made of the various activities, responsibilities, contributions that are performed by this professional, as well as the teaching and learning of Art in these spaces, which aim to serve society and the individual who enjoys it. It is dedicated to talking about what Mediation is today and its implications, as well as the importance that Art Education and Mediation has been given in the Brazilian social context, in addition to some laws that recognize and reinforce the right of access of Art to all Brazilian citizens. The paper also brings some personal experiences, challenges and complexities of this function to question the current treatment that has been given to this field of work and its professionals. In addition to questioning professional devaluation, it also questions the replacement of art educators for others resources (video, audio, text, for example). A brief overview is also doing about educational didactic materials made by the cultural centers, also discussing the possibilities of didactic materials in expanded formats that can be resignified and used depending on the objective of the art educator. It traces a relationship between Mediation and Art regarding the appropriation of artistic thinking in the teaching-learning process.
