| dc.description.abstract | This text seeks to scrutinize the concept of truth, placing it as inseparable from the concepts of event and subject. It proposes that truth would be an excess in relation to the field of existence, since in order to preserve itself eternal and non-particularizable, it could not be located or discerned as an object. Understood as a quantitative excess, according to philosopher Alain Badiou, three great distinct orientations of thought would have been constituted in the history of civilization to try to solve the problem of the impossibility of locating the truth. Recently a fourth orientation would have emerged, when then the term event would have gained relevance. The event would be the impossible and ephemeral location of truth, leaving behind a mark. A subject is constituted in adherence to this mark, sustaining its unfolding. As a consequence of this proposed necessary link between truth, event and subject, the presentation of these in the field of existence would always be historical, disqualifying transcendences and unfolding as a subversion of what is standardized. | |

| local.description.resumo | Este texto visa a escrutinar o conceito de verdade, colocando-o como indissociável dos conceitos de acontecimento e sujeito. Propõe que a verdade seria um excesso em relação ao campo da existência, pois, para se preservar eterna e não particularizável, ela não poderia se localizar ou se deixar discernir como objeto. Entendida enquanto excesso quantitativo, segundo o filósofo Alain Badiou, três grandes orientações distintas de pensamento teriam se constituído na história da civilização para tentar resolver o problema da impossibilidade de localização da verdade. Recentemente uma quarta orientação teria surgido, quando então o termo acontecimento teria ganhado relevância. O acontecimento seria a impossível e efêmera localização da verdade, deixando como resto uma marca. Um sujeito se constitui na fidelidade a essa marca, sustentando seus desdobramentos. Como consequência dessa proposta de vinculação necessária entre verdade, acontecimento e sujeito, a apresentação destes no campo da existência seria sempre histórica, desqualificando transcendências e desdobrando-se como subversão do que se apresenta normatizado. | |
