Resumo
A pesquisa tem por objetivo geral analisar, por meio das entrevistas clínicas de orientação psicanalítica, a identificação e a construção do laço social em adolescentes que concluíram a medida socioeducativa de semiliberdade. Como objetivos específicos limitam-se: delimitar conceitualmente a identificação e o laço social a partir da teoria da psicanálise lacaniana; analisar a identificação e o laço social dos jovens antes de cumprirem a medida socioeducativa de semiliberdade, durante e após o seu desligamento; verificar quais aspectos, da medida de semiliberdade, favorece o laço social. Para tanto se utilizou como metodologia de pesquisa qualitativa e entrevistas semiestruturadas. As análises foram feitas a partir da leitura da psicanálise. A pesquisa revelou que os jovens envolvidos com a criminalidade estão em des-inserção social e que a medida de semiliberdade favoreceu a inserção dos jovens no laço social. Com relação à identificação verificou-se que há o predomínio da identificação imaginária no momento em que os jovens estão envolvidos com a criminalidade e há a ascendência da identificação simbólica quando os jovens não estão envolvidos com a criminalidade.
Abstract
The research had the main objective, to analyze through clinical interviews psychotherapy, the identification and the framing of the social bond in adolescents who completed the measure socio educative of semi liberty. Specific objectives are limited to: define conceptually the identification and the social bond from the theory of the Lacanian psychoanalysis; analyze the identification and the social bond of youth before the completion of the measure socio educative of semi liberty, during and after their departure; determine which aspects of the measure of semi liberty favors the social bond. For that, we used as a qualitative research methodology and semistructured interviews. Analyzes were made from the reading of psychoanalysis. The research revealed that young people involved in crime, are social dis-integration and the measure of semi liberty favored the inclusion of youth in social bond. With regard to identification it was found that there is a predominance of imaginary identification at the time when young people are involved in crime and there is predominance of the symbolic identification when young people are not involved with the crime.
