Gênero e sexualidade no currículo da pedagogia: movimentos curriculares na formação transversal

Abstract

This work is a Postdoctoral investigation cutoff carried out at the Faculty of Education of the Federal University of Minas Gerais, which proposed to analyze the perceptions of professors and students about gender and sexuality in the curriculum of Pedagogy in the transversal training in this Higher Education institution. The aim was to understand the curricular paths proposed in transversal training. The research of post-critical nature involved the researcher’s expectations, contexts of the research proposal, variables that cover the subjects, as well as the theoretical contributions of this perspective. It was evidenced that, in the curriculum, gender and sexuality in Higher Education take place in the composition of strangeness, resistance, invention, creativity and in the perception of the curriculum as a territory of life affirmation. The analyzes made it possible to identify curricular movements of the transversal disciplines with a focus on gender and sexuality as strategies for the insertion of these themes in the Pedagogy undergraduate course.
