| dc.description.abstract | This article is the result of the Art-Based Educational Research, carried out between 2020 and 2022, entitled “Art, difference, difference and inclusion”, whose theme was inclusion based on art and aimed to investigate potential contributions from meetings and of artistic practices developed in the university extension project Arte e Diferença, at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), with regard to inclusion, from the perspective of those involved. This article presents a bit of the history of that project, as well as a brief experience report regarding participation in free workshops on artistic practices, offered to people with and without disabilities, from 2017 to 2022. Its effects as a political, pedagogical and cultural space are highlighted, provoking reflections not only on art, but on difference and inclusion. | |

| local.description.resumo | O presente artigo é fruto da Pesquisa Educacional Baseada em Arte, realizada entre 2020 e 2022, intitulada “A arte, a diferença, o diferente e a inclusão”, cujo tema foi a inclusão a partir da arte e visou investigar potenciais contribuições dos encontros e das práticas artísticas desenvolvidas no projeto de extensão universitária Arte e Diferença, na Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG), no que se refere à inclusão, a partir da perspectiva dos envolvidos. Este artigo apresenta um pouco da história do referido projeto, bem como um breve relato de experiência referente à participação nas oficinas gratuitas de práticas artísticas, oferecidas a pessoas com e sem deficiência, de 2017 a 2022. Destaca-se seus efeitos como espaço político, pedagógico e cultural, provocando reflexões não só acerca da arte, mas da diferença e da inclusão. | |
