A formação de par-amoroso entre as adolescentes em cumprimento de medida socioeducativa de internação

Abstract

In this dissertation, it was carried out a theoretical reflection about the formation of the loving-pair between adolescent girls fulfilling socio-educational measure regimen at Minas Gerais State. We seek to investigate the reason why the female adolescents, who, until their confinement only had relationships with the opposite sex, begin what they call temporary relationship with other female inmates of the institution after their incarceration. This type of relation reaches virtually all the teenagers girls admitted in the institution, as a kind of contagion. The psychoanalytic theoretical study conducted during these years led us to formulate three main hypotheses: (1) The formation of the couple would be the effect of a hysterical identification, in response to the encounter with the feminine at the time of puberty; (2) The construction of this temporary relationship would be a strategy response to the attempts of regulation implemented by the institution, as a form of resistance to institutional control; (3) The sexual manifestations of the young girls, clearly addressed to those who guard them, would be a way to crack the looking, indicating a joy that cannot be controlled by the institutional Other.
