dc.description.abstractOs cistos ósseos aneurismáticos (ABCs) da mandíbula são geralmente tratados por curetagem ou ressecção seguida de reconstrução com enxertos ósseos autólogos ( 1 ). Os ABCs de ossos longos ou planos também foram tratados com partículas ósseas e injeções autólogas de medula óssea ( 2 ). Descrevemos um tratamento bem sucedido de um ABC da mandíbula por injeção guiada por imagem de partículas ósseas e medula óssea autóloga.

local.description.resumoAneurysmal bone cysts (ABCs) of the jaw are usually treated by curettage or resection followed by reconstruction with autologous bone grafts ( 1 ). Long or flat bone ABCs have also been treated with bone particles and autologous bone marrow injections ( 2 ). We describe a successful treatment of an ABC of the jaw by image-guided injection of bone particles and autologous bone marrow.
