Resumo
Pesquisas com egressos da graduação e pós-graduação podem fornecer informações relevantes para as instituições de ensino nas quais se formaram. Este tipo de investigação possibilita conhecer e acompanhar a trajetória profissional dos ex-alunos, levantar dados atualizados sobre o perfil profissional do grupo pesquisado e avaliar a eficácia dos processos formativos oferecidos. O objetivo desse estudo é compreender se as categorias sociodemográficas gênero e a raça tiveram influência nos rendimentos salariais de egressos inseridos no mercado de trabalho. Os sujeitos da pesquisa foram120 egressos dos cursos de mestrado e/ou doutorado no Programa de Pós-graduação Interdisciplinar em Estudos do Lazer. Para a realização da pesquisa foi utilizado como instrumento de coleta de dados um questionário semiestruturado, aplicado em uma plataforma online. E os dados coletados foram submetidos à análise estatística descritiva no software SPSS. Os principais resultados revelam que existem diferenças salariais pouco expressivas entre aqueles que recebem entre 1 e 10 salários-mínimos. Entretanto, as diferenças salariais são observadas nos rendimentos acima de 15 salários-mínimos. Foi identificado na análise que a maior parte dos indivíduos que recebem acima de 15 salários-mínimos são homens e/ou indivíduos autodeclarados brancos.
Abstract
Graduates of training courses can provide information relevant to the educational institutions that trained them. By conducting research with graduates, it ispossible to gain knowledge about the professional trajectory of former students, raise up-to-datesocio-demographic data on the community, in addition to allowing the evaluation of the effectiveness of the training processes offered. The aim of this studywas to seek to understand whether sociodemographic characteristics of the study group, such as the gender and color of the graduates, generated influences on the salary income of the graduates in the labor market. The research sample is composed of 120 individuals graduated in Masters and/or Doctoral courses in the Interdisciplinary Postgraduate Program in Leisure Studies. To carry out the research, a semi-structured questionnaire was used as a data collection instrument, applied on an online platform. Andthe collected data were submitted to descriptive statistical analysis in the SPSSsoftware. The main results reveal that there are little significant wage differences between those who earn between 1 and 10 minimum wages. However, wage differences are observed in earnings above 15 minimum wages. It was identified in the analysis that most individuals who earn more than 15 minimum wages are men and/or individuals self-declared as white.
