Histórias, memórias e futebol amador: reflexões e possibilidades nos estudos organizacionais

Abstract

The objective of this study is to reflect on the possibilities of studying amateur soccer within the scope of the Administration. To do so, we conducted a literature review on poststructuralism, history and memory and amateur soccer. Initially, we discussed the escape from the instrumentalization of individuality and knowledge, highlighting the contradiction and diverse reality. Following, we reflect on the study of history and memory and the possibilities of new looks on knowledge and practices. In addition, we start from the consideration of amateur soccer as a product of popular culture, full of possibilities, reinventions and improvisations. Finally, these bases allowed the reflection on the various possibilities in the distance from the determined reality, breaking with the instrumentality of knowledge, with the objectivity and the binarism of what should be considered as soccer, walking towards a look that values the fragmentations, ruptures, fissures and multiple possibilities of representation of the real and the exercise of the modality.
