Resumo
Objetivo: Descrever como se configuram as pesquisas sobre jovens trabalhadores assistidos pela Lei número 10.097/2000, considerando artigos publicados nos anais de eventos organizados pela Associação Nacional de PósGraduação e Pesquisa em Administração (ANPAD) e em revistas científicas, indexadas à plataforma eletrônica da Scientific Periodicals Electronic Library (SPELL). Teorias: Políticas públicas inclusivas e de formação profissional, a exemplo da Lei 10.097/2000, “Lei da Aprendizagem”. Método: Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva, com abordagem quantitativa e os dados foram analisados pela bibliometria. Resultados: Os estudos que relacionam juventude e trabalho ainda são incipientes, como também os que focalizam a legislação pertinente. As temáticas mais recorrentes estão vinculadas a aspectos comportamentais, sugerindo-se ampliar e aprofundar as investigações a partir de outros vieses ontológicos e epistemológicos, bem como a discussão sobre as políticas públicas para tal grupo, tendo em vista suas reais necessidades e possibilidades. Contribuições teóricas/ metodológicas: A pesquisa fornece uma visão ampliada das pesquisas sobre jovens trabalhadores sugerindo lacunas a serem preenchidas e oportunidades de pesquisas futuras. Contribuições gerenciais/ sociais: Os resultados sugerem que as pesquisas sobre esse grupo de trabalhadores podem ser ampliadas com base em discussões em relação às políticas públicas, considerando-se as realidades sócio, político e econômicas atuais e perspectivas futuras do mercado de trabalho no Brasil, bem como na América Latina.
Abstract
Objective: Describe how the researches on young workers assisted by Law number 10.097/2000 are configured, considering articles published in the annals of events organized by the National Association of Graduate Studies and Research in Administration (ANPAD) and in scientific journals, indexed to the electronic platform of Scientific Periodicals Electronic Library (SPELL). Theories: Inclusive public policies and professional training, such as Law 10.097/2000, “Law of Learning”. Method: This is a descriptive study, with a quantitative approach and the data were analyzed by bibliometrics. Results: Studies relating youth and work are still incipient, as are those that focus on the relevant legislation. The most recurring themes are linked to behavioral aspects, suggesting the expansion and deepening of investigations based on other ontological and epistemological viases, as well as the discussion of public policies for this group, in view of their real needs and possibilities. Theoretical/ methodological contributions: The research provides an expanded view of research on young workers suggesting gaps to be filled and opportunities for future research. Managerial/ social contributions: The results suggest that research on this group of workers can be expanded based on discussions in relation to public policies, considering the current socio, political and economic realities and future prospects of the labor market in Brazil, as well as in Latin America.
