| dc.description.abstract | Este material didático, inglês para alunos intermediários em um curso Comunicativo e De forma indutiva, foi criado como trabalho final obrigatório para a conclusão do Curso de Curso de Especialização em Inglês – CEI/UFMG. Possui duas unidades, ambas destinadas a alunos adultos de escolas de idiomas, desde o Nível intermediário de proficiência. Cada unidade fornece um tópico diferente e um questão gramatical. Eles foram criados em torno de material autêntico completo e também trazer um Guia do Professor com orientação e gabarito. Ambas as unidades têm o seguinte Seções: Tempo de aquecimento e conversação: Espera-se que os alunos estejam familiarizados com o tema dado em toda a unidade. A produção oral deve ser avaliada quanto especialmente a mensagem. A gramática e a forma ainda não desempenham um grande papel. Antes de ler: Esta seção discute o tópico que será lido no texto a seguir. Os alunos devem compartilhar seus conhecimentos prévios sobre este tópico, mesmo sem muita certeza e detalhes a respeito. Leia o texto abaixo: Um texto autêntico é dado para leitura dos alunos. Tudo textos selecionados são facilmente encontrados na internet. Eles darão suporte para trabalho de vocabulário e gramática. Vocabulário: focado nas palavras mais difíceis do texto. Compreensão de Leitura: Nesta seção, espera-se que os alunos compreender os aspectos fornecidos no texto. Ainda mais focado no significado do que no formato. | |

| local.description.resumo | This teaching material, English to intermediate students in a Communicative and Inductive way, was created as a required final paper for the conclusion of the Teaching English Specialization Course – CEI/UFMG. It has two units, both designed to adult learners of language schools, from the Intermediate level of proficiency. Each unit provides a different topic and a different grammatical issue. They were created around complete authentic material and they also bring a Teacher’s Guide with orientation and answer key. Both units have the following sections: Warm-up & Speaking time: Students are expected to be familiarized with the theme given in the whole unit. The oral production must be assessed concerning specially the message. Grammar and form does not play a big role yet. Before you read: This section discusses the topic that will be read in the following text. Students must share their previous knowledge about this topic, even without much certainty and details about it. Read the text below: An authentic text is given for students reading. All selected texts are easily founded on the internet. They will provide support for vocabulary and grammar work. Vocabulary: Focused on the most difficult words of the text. Reading Comprehension: In this section, students are expected to fully comprehend aspects provided in the text. Still more focused on the meaning than the form. | |
