Resumo
Essa dissertação pretende ser uma exploração da lecundidade do termo "arqueologia do sujeito", utilizado por Paul Ricoeur para definir o lugar filosófico da psicanálise, em "Da Interpretação: ensaio sobre Freud", de 1965. Inicialmente são apresentadas algumas informações relevantes sobre a biografia e a bibliografia do filósofo francês, com ênfase no período de emergência da obra em questão. Também há uma apresentação da perspectiva hermenêutica, fazendo-se um rápido retrospecto da história dessa perspectiva, salientando-se as contribuições de Schleiermacher, Dilthey, Heidegger e Gadamer e como as questões por eles levantadas repercutiram no pensamento de Ricoeur. Apresenta-se, a seguir, a resposta de Ricoeur à questão sobre o estatuto epistemológico da psicanálise, sendo esta definida como um discurso misto de energética e hermenêutica. Por fim, estuda-se o conceito de "arqueologia do sujeito", enfatizando-se o projeto de Ricoeur de chegar, pelo caminho da hermenêutica, a uma "reflexão concreta", produzida com o auxílio do pensamento freudiano
Abstract
This thesis attempts to explore the fruitfulncss of the term "archeology of the subject", used by Paul Ricoeur to define the philosophical place of psychoanalysis, in "De L'inierpreiation: Esscii sur Freiui" (1965). Initially, some relevant information on the biography and bibliography of the French philosopher are provided, with an emphasis on the emergent period of the work in question. There is also a discussion of the hermeneutic perspective, with a brief review of the history of this perspective, calling attention to the contributions of Shleiermachcr, Dilthey, Heidegger, and Gadamer, and to how the questions they raised had repercussions in Ricoeur's tiiought. There follows Ricoeur's response to the question of the epistemological status of psychoanalysis, it being defined as a mixed energetic and hermeneutic discourse. Finally, the concept of "archeology of the subject" is analyzed, emphasizing Ricoeur's project of arriving, by way of hermeneutics, at a "concrete refiection" produced with the aid of Freudian thought
