Resumo
A elaboração de um Guia de Orientações para visita domiciliar realizada pelo
Agente Comunitário de Saúde (ACS) pautou-se na necessidade de sistematizar as
informações levantadas pelo ACS, bem como uniformizar as orientações dadas
pelos mesmos aos usuários em diversas situações vivenciadas. O objetivo
proposto foi realizar uma revisão de literatura para subsidiar a elaboração de um
Guia de orientações para a visita domiciliar a ser realizada pelos ACSs. A base de
dados utilizada foi o Scientific Electronic Library on Line (SciELO) na busca das
publicações e também nos manuais do Ministério da Saúde e da Secretaria
Estadual de Saúde, de Minas Gerais. A revisão demonstrou que o trabalho
desenvolvido pelos ACS durante as visitas domiciliares é de primordial
importância, pois as informações colhidas ajudam e direcionam todo o trabalho de
uma equipe e alimenta o sistema de informação, o que se torna determinante para
o sucesso ou o fracasso de toda a construção de um trabalho em conjunto. O ACS
deve estar preparado para acompanhar e orientar famílias e também a
comunidade. É considerado um elo entre a comunidade e equipe e também um elo
cultural, que dá mais força ao trabalho educativo, ao unir dois universos culturais
distintos: o do saber científico e do saber popular. A perspectiva é que com a
utilização dessas orientações a equipe tenha mais informações sobre as famílias e
possa traçar uma assistência mais centrada no usuário, pois os dados levantados
pelos ACSs trazem uma realidade contextualizada possibilitando o cumprimento
de um importante papel na consolidação da Estratégia da Saúde da Família.
Abstract
The elaboration of Guidelines for home visits conducted by Community Health
Agents( ACS) is being guided by the need of systematize the information
obtained by the ACS, as well as to standardize the orientation they give to the
users in the various kinds of situations experienced. The objective of this paper
was to conduct a literature review to support the elaboration of these guidelines
for the home visit to be carried out by community health workers. The databases
used were: Lilacs (Literature Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences),
ScIELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online), publications and manuals of the
Ministry of Health and the State Department of Health of Minas Gerais.The
review showed that the work done by ACS during the home visits is very
important, because the information harvested helps and directs the actions of the
health team and feeds the information system, which becomes crucial for the
success or failure of the entire working team. The ACS must be prepared to
monitor and guide the families as well as the community. He is considered a link
between the Community and the health team and also a cultural liaison, which
strengthens the educational work, by joining two distinct cultural worlds: the
scientific knowledge and popular knowledge. The prospect with the use of these
guidelines is that the team will obtain appropriate information on the families and
this will help to outline a more user-centered care, since the data collected by the
ACS brings a contextualized reality, allowing the fulfillment of an important role
in the consolidation of Family Health Strategy.
