Sobre a enunciação de mulheres negras na ciência: uma análise da produção intelectual de Gloria Anzaldúa e bell hooks

Abstract

The article seeks to investigate the speech / silence of black women in science. Black women, in the contemporary, are quickly andrepeatedly named as subordinates. Aiming to establish a discussion around the complex debate about the enunciative locus of women in this field. Black women, in the contemporary, are quickly and repeatedly named as subordinates. But what happens, when black women become academics, theorists and/or researchers, they continue to be recognized as subordinates? What is the relationship between subordination and scientific production? On the way to answering and developing new questions, the trajectories of theintellectual bell hooks and Gloria Anzaldúa were analyzed. With the theoretical contribution of subordinate studies and feminist theories, it is questioned about these new subjects of scientific production. The analyzes revealed that the studied theoreticians search for new epistemological strategies, establish a critical dialogue with different currents of thought to explain the power networks which make the apparent objectivity of scientific knowledge invisible. Thus, they move between silence and speech, between the absence of an audible production and the denunciation of an invisible history in an imperialist science.
