Resumo
O objetivo deste trabalho foi analisar a viabilidade econômica e mercadológica da
abertura de uma loja de vestuário infantil na região do bairro Floresta, na cidade de
Belo Horizonte/MG, por meio de um plano de negócios.
Foram utilizados conceitos teóricos sobre empreendedorismo e plano de negócios,
além de serem realizadas entrevistas com potenciais consumidores e visitas em lojas
localizadas na região onde se pretende abrir negócio, a fim de identificar a
oportunidade do negócio frente a concorrência, as características do mercado
consumidor e sua necessidade.
A construção do plano de negócios permitiu mostrar a viabilidade do negócio frente
ao mercado consumidor, aos concorrentes e retorno financeiro.
Abstract
The objective of this work was to analyze the economic and market feasibility of
opening a children's clothing store in the Floresta neighborhood, in the city of Belo
Horizonte / MG, through a business plan.
Theoretical concepts on entrepreneurship and business plan were used, in addition to
interviews with potential consumers and visits to stores located in the region where the
business is to be opened, in order to identify the business opportunity in the face of
competition, the characteristics of the consumer market and Your necessity.
The construction of the business plan made it possible to show the viability of the
business vis-à-vis the consumer market, competitors and financial return.
