Resumo
Como pensar numa presença mediada pela tecnologia na cena teatral contemporânea e sua eficácia, enquanto efetuação de ações e afetos? Tal pergunta nos parece simplificar uma questão mais ampla e multifacetada. Pretendemos apresentar uma reflexão sobre a eficácia do conceito de presença no teatro a partir da análise da webvideoperformance Play Me de Rodrigo Campos em suas duas versões: para teatro e para internet. Propomo-nos a verificar como a noção de telepresença é capaz de sustentar uma multiplicidade de presenças no teatro.
Abstract
How to think of a technology-mediated presence in the contemporary theatrical scene and its efficacy as an effecting action and affection? We aim to present a reflection on the effectiveness of the concept of presence in the theatre from the analysis of the webvideoperformance Play Me by Rodrigo Campos in its two versions: for theatre and for the internet. We propose to verify how the notion of telepresence can sustain an enlargement of presences in theatre.
