A representação social do enfermeiro em suas ações de assistência, na visão do usuário atendido na Atenção Primária a Saúde, no Programa Saúde da Família, Capelinha, MG

Abstract

This-is a qualitative research, developed in the unit of Primary Care Health View Alegre, in Capelinha. Its general objective identify the social representation of nurses to the user serviced in the unit of Primary Care Health district View Alegre. As specific objectives, analyze and identify the factors facilitating and hindering that contribute to the performance of the nurse in primary care health from the perspective of the user and also to identify the social representation that the nurse has for the user and which are their actions, in addition to the assistance. Participated 25 patients treated by the FHP View Alegre, being these aged between 18 and 60 years of age of both sexes, chosen randomly. The results showed that, in view of the user, nursing, as a whole, exercises role caregiver, servicing the needs of patients and subordinate to medical actions. Still showed that there is no distinction clear and cohesive in respect of each category, including nursing, nursing technicians and nurses. For the user, all are nurses. Therefore, we must emphasize the importance of creating effective channels and forms of communication between nurses and users, where it can perceive through actions specific and/or nonspecific, which is its true role of health care unit, in view of the Family Health Program.
