dc.description.abstractTo understand the State as a Concept, it is to understand the structure and movement of its rational construction within the Hegelian thought. The concept, according to the Hegelian precepts, carries with it a whole historical movement of being and essence in its concrete and potential entirety. Thus, to achieve such an understanding, will be made a brief presentation on the formation of the Hegelian logic, passing on the conception of State and Freedom, based on the work of Joaquim Carlos Salgado: The Idea of Justice in Hegel.

O conceito, segundo os preceitos hegelianos, carrega em si todo um movimento histórico do ser e da essência em sua totalidade concreta e potencial. Assim, para atingir tal compreensão, far-se-á uma breve exposição sobre a formação da lógica hegeliana, passando sobre a concepção sobre Estado e Liberdade, tendo como base a obra de Joaquim Carlos Salgado: A Idéia de Justiça em Hegel.
