Abstract

Analysis of the level of service in stock is relevant to ensure efficiency and maximum customer satisfaction, especially when looking at the supply chain. This makes it relevant when ensuring service levels in stock compatible with the management strategy. This study analyzes the level of service in stocks for the distribution center for refrigerated products of a supermarket chain, and analyzes the impact of stock outages in the Distribution Center, whose objective is to measure the level of service in stock and identify possible improvements suggested in the literature as reference and benchmark standards.
