Resumo
O diabetes mellitus tipo 2 é considerado como uma doença crônica não-transmissível de etiogênese diversificada que leva a muitas complicações: perda da qualidade de vida, bem como perda dos anos produtivos do ser humano. O objetivo deste estudo foi o de identificar, por meio da revisão narrativa, as dificuldades enfrentadas pelos pacientes portadores de diabetes mellitus tipo 2. Os dados foram coletados na biblioteca virtual de saúde. São discutidos os fatores fisiológicos, nutricionais e sócio-cultural que dificultam a adesão ao tratamento do diabetes mellitus tipo 2. Esse estudo permitiu identificar que as morbidades apresentam custos dispendiosos e que há hábitos nutricionais são um dos grandes dificultadores para o tratamento.
Abstract
The objective was to identify by means of the scientific revision the difficulties itll face for the patients with mellitus diabetes type 2. The information was gathered in the virtual library of healthy. They will be discussing the physiology, nutritional and socio-cultural factors, which difficult to join to the treatment of the mellitus diabetes type 2. It is considerate such as chronic disease non-transmissible of the different etiogenese that can cause many problems: bad life quality, like it waste producing years of the human being. The primary attention must have to achieve a real care to the sick people. This study identified that the present morbidity costs greatests and that the nutritional habits are one of the great difficulties to the treatment.
