Resumo
Nas instituições de saúde, a busca pela qualidade e a excelência no cuidar é incessante por parte dos profissionais que nelas atuam. Prevenir eventos adversos é um dos principais desafios e uma das metas a serem cumpridas pelos cuidadores. O presente estudo é uma revisão integrativa que teve como objetivo identificar na literatura o conhecimento produzido sobre o processo ensino aprendizagem da equipe de enfermagem sobre gestão de notificação de eventos adversos nas instituições de Saúde no Brasil. Para seleção dos artigos utilizou-se duas bases de dados: LILACS e MEDLINE. A amostra desta revisão constituiu-se de trinta e nove artigos. Após análise dos artigos incluídos na revisão, os resultados do estudo apontaram que gerenciar riscos constitui em identificar, prevenir e controlar a ocorrência de falhas, que no caso dos serviços de saúde, afetam a integridade do paciente, da equipe multidisciplinar ou da comunidade onde o serviço está inserido.
Abstract
In the health institutions, the search for the quality and the excellency in taking care of are incessant on the part of the professionals who in them act. To prevent adverse events is one of main challenges and one of the goals to be fulfilled for the cuidadores. The present study it is a integrativa revision that had as objective To identify in literature the knowledge produced on the process education learning of the nursing team on management of notification of adverse events in the institutions of Health in Brazil. For election of articles one used two databases: LILACS and MEDLINE. The sample of this revision consisted of thirty and nine articles. After analysis of enclosed articles in the revision, the results of the study had pointed that to manage risks it constitutes in identifying, preventing and to control the occurrence of imperfections, that in the case of the health services, affect the integrity of the patient, of the team to multidiscipline or the community where the service is inserted.
