Resumo
Este trabalho se propõe a investigar algumas das possíveis aproximações entre a arte e a psicanálise, a partir da prática institucional e da teoria lacaniana. Considerando as colocações de Sigmund Freud e Jacques Lacan sobre a convergência entre os dois campos, localizamos indicações de que ambas promoveriam a abertura do inconsciente, com a produção de efeitos de sujeito. Isso nos permite formular a hipótese de que tanto a arte quanto a psicanálise apostariam na possibilidade de criação e do surgimento do novo. A fim de verificar essa hipótese, voltamo-nos à prática institucional como terreno de encontro da psicanálise aplicada com a criação em sua dimensão ordinária. Aproximamo-nos, assim, do referencial teórico sobre a psicanálise nas instituições e sobre as oficinas criativas, demarcando os principais operadores clínicos, éticos e conceituais dessas práticas. Analisamos vinhetas clínicas referentes a atividades artísticas realizadas em quatro instituições: Desembola na Ideia; Freud Cidadão; Le Courtil e Perisphère. Em seguida, realizamos um percurso pela teoria lacaniana buscando, em textos de 1959-60 a 1976-77, as principais elaborações sobre a arte, os artistas, a criação e a sublimação, contando com o auxílio de outras bibliografias psicanalíticas, artísticas e estéticas, com o objetivo de compreender o estatuto da criação no pensamento lacaniano. Contingência, singularidade, saber, invenção e inutilidade são alguns dos principais termos que emergem dos materiais clínico e teórico. Constatou-se, então, uma passagem da criação a partir do nada à invenção com o que há. Pôde-se chegar, assim, a uma concepção da criação como como justaposição de dejetos, operação que se dá entre Real, Simbólico e Imaginário por meio de deslocamentos que abrem para a surpresa e para o novo, a partir da aposta na palavra. Com base nessa concepção, defendemos que é possível considerar uma dimensão criativa na experiência analítica.
Abstract
This work aims to investigate some of the possible approximations between art and psychoanalysis, drawing from institutional practice and Lacanian theory. Considering the propositions by Sigmund Freud and Jacques Lacan about the convergence of the two fields, we can find indications that both these fields could promote the aperture of the unconscious, producing effects of subject. This allows us to formulate the hypothesis that both art and psychoanalysis bet in the possibility of creation and of the emergence of novelty. To verify this hypothesis, we turn to the institutional practice as the terrain where applied psychoanalysis and creation in its ordinary dimension meet. In doing so, we approach the theoretical framework around psychoanalysis in institutions and around creative workshops, demarcating the main clinical, ethical and conceptual operators of these practices. We analyze clinical vignettes regarding the artistic activities taking place in four institutions: Desembola na Ideia; Freud Cidadão; Le Courtil and Perisphère. Next, we undertake a study of Lacan’s thinking, using texts from 1959-60 to 1976-77, with additional support of other psychoanalytic, artistic and aesthetic bibliographies, seeking his main elaborations about art, artists, creation and sublimation, with the goal of comprehending the state of creation in his theory. Contingency, singularity, knowledge, invention and inutility are a few of the main terms emerging from both clinical and theoretical materials. We can then verify the passage from the creation from nothing to the invention with what is, reaching a conception of creation as the juxtaposition of waste – an operation that takes place between he Real, the Symbolic and the Imaginary by means of displacements that open to surprise and to novelty by betting on speech. Based in this conception, we defend that it is possible to consider a creative dimension in the analytical experience.
