O Acolhimento e Classificação de Risco (A&CR) em obstetrícia possibilita a organização da porta de entrada do serviço de urgência obstétrica, garantindo acesso com qualidade às mulheres no período gravídico puerperal. A intervenção visou à implementação de ações que viabilizem o acesso qualificado e o atendimento com resolutividade às mulheres, em tempo adequado para cada caso. Objetivos: Elaborar e implementar um folder educativo para a orientação das usuárias e funcionários sobre o acolhimento e classificação de risco na maternidade Dona Evangelina Rosa. Contribuir na orientação adequada aos usuários sobre a importância do A&CR. Metodologia: Inicialmente realizou-se reunião com enfermeiras plantonistas do A&CR e a direção da instituição, sendo apresentada a proposta das ações do projeto de intervenção. Em seguida, iniciou-se a elaboração do folder educativo e nova reunião ocorreu para apresentação e adequação do folder mediante sugestão dos usuários e funcionários sobre a A&CR. Após a adequação do folder foi realizada verificação do acolhimento e classificação de risco, como um instrumento para melhoria da assistência obstétrica durante um mês; sendo em seguida sugerida a elaboração de banner com o fluxo do A&CR. Ao longo dos meses do segundo semestre de 2017 avaliou-se a implantação dessas ações no acolhimento, pois a última ação nesse setor ocorreu em 2012, quando os enfermeiros assistenciais receberam treinamento pela SESAPI. Também foram realizadas rodas de conversa com os enfermeiros enfocando avaliações do folder educativo, banner e demais ações de acolhimento no setor. Conclusão: O A&CR ajuda na tomada de decisões do profissional de saúde a partir de uma escuta qualificada, associada ao julgamento clínico embasado em protocolo fundamentado cientificamente.
Abstract
The Reception and Risk Classification (A&CR) in obstetrics allows the organization of the
entrance doors of obstetric emergency services, guaranteeing quality access to women during
the puerperal pregnancy period. The intervention aimed at the implementation of actions that
enable qualified access and service with resolves to the women, in appropriate time for each
case. Objective: Elaboration and implementation of the use of educational folder for the
guidance of users and employees about the reception and risk classification in the maternity
Dona Evangelina Rosa. Contribute to the proper guidance to users on the importance of A&
CR. Methodology: Initially a meeting was held with A&CR nurses and the management of
the institution, and the proposal of the intervention project was presented. Next, the
preparation of the educational folder and new meeting was started for presentation and
adaptation of the folder upon suggestion of users and employees about A&CR. After the
adequacy of the folder was carried out verification of the host and Risk classification, as an
instrument to improve obstetric care for a month; followed by the creation of a banner with
the flow of A&CR. During the months of the second half of 2017, since in the implantation in
2012, the care nurses received training by SESAPI. The wheels of conversations carried out
with the nurses focused, evaluations of the educational folder, banner and the actions of
reception in the sector. Experience in this sector reveals that users have doubts as to the colors
of the classification and the flow in the service. Conclusion: The A&CR helps the health
professional to make decisions based on a qualified listening, associated to clinical judgment
based on a scientifically based protocol.
