Crowdsourcing, a colaboração digital: uma revisão da literatura em língua portuguesa

Abstract

The Internet with Web 2.0 has changed the way people construct relationships, with other, with the market and with the information itself, and eventually modify the economy. New products, services and companies emerge from the worldwide web, in a virtual life, where new forms of professional ties emerge through initiatives that utilize the power of crowds. Crowdsourcing stands out among the new forms of production and is the focus of this study, which aims to explore the phenomenon by reviewing the literature on the subject.
