| dc.description.abstract | The article discusses the advances of artificial intelligence (AI) in the creation of legal language models, highlighting its impact on legal practices and the ethical foundations of law. By developing these models, AI represents not only a technological evolution but also a challenge to the understanding and application of law, offering new forms of interpretation that were previously exclusive to humans. However, the objectivity of AI contrasts with the subjectivity of human communication, raising concerns about AI's ability to handle the emotional nuances essential for justice. What to do in cases where human interpretation is essential to ensure justice and fairness? This study aims to critically analyze the advances of artificial intelligence in the legal context and its implications for the use of this technology in judicial decisions and opinions. The general objective of the research is to identify and analyze the impacts of the automation of legal language through artificial intelligence. The specific objective is to investigate critical issues such as algorithmic transparency, bias in training data, and ethical responsibility, bringing the regulation of the use of artificial intelligence as a parameter for the non-complete automation of legal language in the legal field, especially in the application of judicial decisions. | |

| local.description.resumo | O artigo aborda os avanços da inteligência artificial (IA) na criação de modelos de linguagem jurídica, destacando seu impacto nas práticas legais e nos fundamentos éticos do direito. A IA, ao desenvolver esses modelos, representa não apenas uma evolução tecnológica, mas também um desafio para a compreensão e aplicação do direito, ao oferecer novas formas de interpretação que antes eram prerrogativas exclusivamente humanas. Contudo, a objetividade da IA contrasta com o subjetivismo da comunicação humana, gerando preocupações sobre a capacidade da IA de lidar com as nuances emocionais essenciais para a justiça. O que fazer em casos em que a interpretação humana é fundamental para garantir a justiça e a equidade? Este estudo se propõe a analisar criticamente os avanços da inteligência artificial no contexto jurídico e suas implicações no uso dessa tecnologia em decisões e pareceres judiciais. O objetivo geral da pesquisa é identificar e analisar os impactos da automatização da linguagem jurídica por meio da inteligência artificial. Já o objetivo específico é investigar questões críticas como transparência algorítmica, viés nos dados de treinamento e a responsabilidade ética, trazendo a regulamentação do uso da inteligência artificial como um parâmetro para a não automatização completa da linguagem jurídica no âmbito jurídico, sobretudo na aplicação das decisões judiciais. | |
