Plano de intervenção para melhor desempenho do acolhimento pela Equipe de Saúde da Família Balneário em Contagem, Minas Gerais

Abstract

Contagem is a municipality located in the metropolitan area of Belo Horizonte that has a population of 653,800 inhabitants and 170 healthcare SUS establishments. After a situational diagnosis, it was prioritized by the team "the increase of spontaneous demand in the daily routine of the team. The population assigned to the health team of the Balneário family exceeds that recommended by the Ministry of Health. The lack of an organized and structured embracement to the population ascribed, as advocated by the National Humanization Policy (PNH), will be a point to be considered in this work. The objective of the present study is to elaborate an intervention plan to qualify the embracement provided by the Health Team of the Balneário Family in Contagem / Minas Gerais. For the preparation of the plan will be carried out a bibliographic narrative research, with search of material in documents of the Ministry of Health, indexed journals in the Virtual Health Library (VHL), SCIELO, LILACS and PUBMED. Goals will be drawn up with division of functions to each responsible person and presentation of the attendance flow chart and embracement protocol. After the implementation of the plan, the analysis of the responses will be performed and, based on the data, maintain or adapt the structure of the embracement. With the implementation of the proposal, it is expected an improvement in the dynamics and evolution of the service, as well as the user's embracement and its interaction with the health team, solidifying the link between both.
