Abstract: | Trata-se de um projeto de intervenção com objetivo de implantar o uso de métodos não farmacológicos em parturientes na fase ativa do período de dilatação durante o trabalho de parto no Hospital Maternidade Aluízio Alves (HMAA), em Lajes-RN. Têm como públicoalvo enfermeiros, técnicos e auxiliares de enfermagem. Como critérios de inclusão, idade maior que 18 anos; ser profissional de enfermagem; atuar no HMAA; condições biopsicossociais em participar do projeto e critérios de exclusão, profissionais afastados do serviço por algum motivo. A intervenção foi desenvolvida entre março e novembro de 2015 por meio de quatro encontros. No primeiro momento realizar-se-á apresentação da proposta aos sujeitos envolvidos na assistência à parturiente e levantamento de indicadores dos partos que ocorrem na instituição. No segundo, ocorrerá a exposição dialogada sobre a temática em apreço. O terceiro momento a ação será voltada para melhoria da ambiência obstétrica. Por fim, o último encontro constituirá na aproximação das gestantes do município com o serviço e com as proposições das medidas não farmacológicas na condução do trabalho de parto. Resultados: o projeto obteve êxito no seu objetivo geral com capacitação da equipe de enfermagem, melhoria na ambiência do centro obstétrico e aquisição do conhecimento das gestantes sobre importância do uso dos métodos não farmacológicos. Não se obteve êxito nas metas de aumento do numero de partos normais e consequente redução progressiva de cesarianas e complicações neonatais. |
Abstract: | It is an intervention project in order to implement the use of non-pharmacological methods in pregnant women in the active stage of the dilation period during labor in the Maternity Hospital Aluízio Alves (HMAA) in Lajes-RN. They have as their target audience nurses, technicians and nursing assistants. As inclusion criteria, age greater than 18 years; be professional nursing; act in HMAA; biopsychosocial conditions to participate in the project and exclusion criteria, remote service professionals for some reason. The intervention was developed between March and November 2015 through four meetings. At first place shall be presenting the proposal to the subjects involved in assisting the woman and survey indicators of births that occur in the institution. In the second, there will be dialogue-exhibition on the subject at hand. The third time the action will be focused on improving obstetric ambience. Finally, the last meeting will be to harmonize the municipality of pregnant women with the service and with the propositions of non-pharmacological measures in the conduct of labor. Results: the project was successful in its general aim of training the nursing staff, improving the ambience of the obstetric center and acquisition of knowledge of pregnant women about importance of using non-pharmacological methods. Did not get to success in increasing targets of normal deliveries number and consequent progressive reduction of cesarean sections and neonatal complications. |
