| Abstract: | A mortalidade neonatal representa quase 70% dos óbitos mortes no primeiro ano de vida e o cuidado adequado ao recém-nascido (RN) têm sido um dos desafios para reduzir esses índices. O insuficiente conhecimento sobre conteúdos e práticas de emergência é uma das maiores dificuldades dos enfermeiros na assistência ao recém-nascido. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo para construção de material educativo, na modalidade de folder, para enfermeiros que atuam em reanimação neonatal, em sala de parto. Esse processo foi composto por três fases. A primeira ocorreu de janeiro a julho de 2015, foi realizado por meio de levantamento bibliográfico de materiais científicos de referência para a assistência ao recémnascido. Na segunda fase, ocorrida de julho a setembro de 2015, foram selecionados os materiais científicos que subsidiaram a construção do folder educativo. Na terceira fase, ocorrida de setembro a outubro de 2015, realizou-se a construção do folder educativo, foram acessados websites para encontrar as melhores ilustrações. O conteúdo foi desenvolvido com atenção dada à informação considerada essencial. Ao final deste, percebe-se que a assistência adequada e segura ao recém-nascido em sala de parto é possível se realizada por profissionais de enfermagem capacitados e treinados para esse fim. |
| Abstract: | and the proper care of the newborn have been one of the challenges to reduce these rates. Enough knowledge of contents and emergency practices is one of the greatest difficulties of nurses in the care of newborns. This is a descriptive study for the construction of educational material in the folder mode, for nurses working in neonatal resuscitation in the delivery room. This process consisted of three phases. The first took place from January to July 2015 was conducted through literature review of scientific reference materials to assist the newborn. In the second phase, which took place from July to September 2015, the scientific material that supported the construction of the educational brochure were selected. In the third phase, which took place from September to October 2015, there was the construction of the educational brochure, were accessed websites to find the best illustrations. The content was developed with attention to essential information considered. At the end of this, we can see that the proper and safe care to the newborn in the delivery room can be carried out by trained nursing professionals and trained for this purpose. |
