| Abstract: | O presente trabalho trata de uma pesquisa que se propôs refletir a utilização de uma trilha ecológica em um espaço educativo não formal. O objetivo foi investigar se o uso da trilha ecológica contribui para estimular a curiosidade e o interesse dos alunos pelos conteúdos de ciências trabalhados em sala de aula (espaço formal). A pesquisa foi conduzida de forma qualitativa junto aos alunos do 3º ano do ensino fundamental de uma escola municipal da região metropolitana de BH. A trilha foi construída no núcleo do Serviço de Convivência e Fortalecimento de Vínculos do município de Lagoa Santa que já atua como um local de aprendizagem. Utilizamos como instrumentos de coleta de dados questionários e observações. Constatamos que os espaços não formais de ensino possuem grande potencial como lugar de aprendizagem. A trilha permitiu aos alunos uma nova percepção do conteúdo, por meio da contextualização e do contato com novas situações de trabalho com exemplos concretos. |
| Abstract: | The present work deals with a research that proposed to reflect the use of an ecological trail in a non formal educational space. The objective was to investigate whether the use of the ecological trail contributes to stimulate students' curiosity and interest in science content worked in the classroom (formal space). The research was conducted qualitatively with the students of the 3rd year of elementary school of a municipal school in the metropolitan region of BH. The trail was built in the nucleus of the Service of Coexistence and Strengthening of Bonds of the municipality of Lagoa Santa that already acts as a place of learning. We used as data collection instruments questionnaires and observations. We found that non-formal teaching spaces have great potential as a place of learning. The trail allowed students a new perception of content through contextualization and contact with new work situations with concrete examples. |
