| Abstract: | O presente trabalho visou investigar na Escola Municipal Clarindo Vaz dos Santos, como se dão as práticas educativas e como os educadoras (es) se relacionam com a realidade sociocultural do quilombo São Julião, situado no Vale do Mucuri, no município de Teófilo Otoni/MG. Com esse enfoque, foi realizada pesquisa bibliográfica e de campo na escola e comunidade. A partir da análise dos dados referentes à comunidade de remanescentes de quilombos São Julião e, em especial, à escola, constatou-se que as práticas educativas sintetizam em alguns traços da cultura negra tomando como referência a comunidade. Ficou evidente a importância de repensar as práticas educativas, valores, conteúdos a partir da realidade social, cultural e étnica local relacionando-os às matrizes africanas para a formação dos sujeitos quilombolas. |
| Abstract: | This study aimed to investigate the Municipal School Clarindo Vaz dos Santos, as we give educational practices and how educators (s) relate to the socio-cultural reality of the quilombo São Julião, located in the Mucuri Valley, in the city of Teófilo Otoni / MG . With this approach, it was carried out bibliographic and field research in the school and community. From the analysis of the data on the remaining community of quilombos São Julião and in particular to school, it was found that the educational practices summarized in a few strokes of black culture with reference to the community. It was evident the importance of rethinking the educational practices, values, content from the social, cultural and local ethnic relating them to African headquarters for the formation of quilombos subjects. |
