| Abstract: | O presente trabalho apresenta uma reflexão sobre as relações entre gênero e religião na sociedade brasileira, tendo como ponto de partida o Projeto de Lei nomeado como Estatuto da Família (PL 6.583/2013). Em um primeiro momento, apresentaremos algumas informações sobre esse Projeto de Lei, bem como alguns posicionamentos de parlamentares relativos ao mesmo. Em seguida, faremos uma análise baseado nas ideias de patriarcado, na hierarquização e na desigualdade entre homens e mulheres. Nesse contexto, o PL reabre a discussão sobre a influência da religião no Estado brasileiro, que se denomina laico, que busca reafirmar o modelo heteronormativo de família. Por fim, discute-se o impacto do Projeto de Lei no campo da Educação, uma vez que os artigos 11 ao 13 estabelecem que os currículos dos ensinos fundamental e médio tenham como componente curricular obrigatório à disciplina Educação para família, elementos em seu processo formativo que permitem uma reflexão crítica sobre as desigualdades entre os gêneros. |
| Abstract: | This paper presents a study about gender and religion in Brazilian society, taking as its starting point the law project named as the Family Statute (PL 6.583/2013). At first, we present some information about this project as well some lawmakers placements for the same. After, we analyze the law project based on patriarchy ideas in the hierarchy and inequality between men and women. In this context, the law project reopens the discussion on the influence of religion in the Brazilian state, which is called secular, which seeks to reaffirm the heteronormative family model. Finally, we discuss the impact of the law project in the field of education, since Articles 11 to 13 state that the curricula of primary and secondary education have a mandatory curriculum component Education discipline to family members in their formative process that allow a critical reflection on the inequalities between genders. |
