A construção do currículo no desenvolvimento de projetos em uma escola de educação infantil

Abstract

This research presents a reflection about the importance of educational projects in the construction of the curriculum in the first childhood mode. To achieve this goal, we conduced a literature review about curriculum and curricular planning; and about early childhood education, using official documents that regulate the teaching in country and in the city of Belo Horizonte. We analyze the documents that register the teaching projects in certain school of Belo Horizonte, searching to expose different aspects involved in the curricular construction and the pedagogical coordinator role as an organizer of such process. For that, we resort to theoretical references about curriculum (Sacristan e Pérez Gomez,2007) and early childhood education(LDB 9394/96), allowing ourselves to comprehend the intrinsic power relations in the social construction around these dimensions. The research results show that, in the studied school, exist five projects of teaching and were analyzed two projects that are registered. The essential question that the research present is how the work with projects can contribute to a construction of a curriculum turned to the human formation in early childhood education mode. Between such challenges stands out the construction of curriculums that meet the children specifications in kindergarten age rate.
