dc.description.abstract	This article deals with reporting and evidencing the inquiry-based characteristics in a Didactic Sequence focused for the 2nd grade of High School in the subject Biology on the theme “Living Beings”. The analyzes of the commands used in the script of activities and the teaching-learning objectives proposed by the teachers expose the elements of the Didactic Sequence that have an inquiry-based character, such as the way of constructing the problematization, the valorization of the debate, the assembly and dialogical interpretation of the experiments and the configuration of the communication of results, characterize this Didactic Sequence as a tool for teaching the theme in an investigative way.	pt_BR
dc.description.resumo	O presente artigo trata da relatar e evidenciar as características investigativas em uma Sequência Didática voltada para a aplicação na 2ª série do Ensino Médio na disciplina Biologia sobre a temática Seres Vivos. As análises dos comandos utilizados no roteiro das atividades e dos objetivos de ensino-aprendizagem propostos pelos professores expõem os elementos da Sequência Didática que apresentam caráter investigativo, tais como a forma de construção da problematização, a valorização do debate, a montagem e interpretação dialógica dos experimentos e a configuração da comunicação dos resultados, caracterizam essa Sequência Didática como uma ferramenta para o ensino da temática de modo investigativo.	pt_BR
