| Abstract: | O artigo tem como objetivo principal dar suporte ao termo arquitetura da informação na ciência da informação por meio de uma revisão de literatura e uma fundamentação teórica propondo modelo. Sustenta a premissa de que o termo é viável para alcançar a proposta de soluções para problemas informacionais focalizada nas necessidades do usuário. Em seguida tem-se uma proposta de fatores envolvidos no processo. Propõe arquitetura da informação como a área de conhecimento capaz de responder a grande questão de pesquisa que desafia a ciência da informação de como conseguir a informação de forma mais objetiva em menor tempo. Os resultados apontam a necessidade de utilizar estes conceitos de arquitetura da informação para propor soluções inovadoras. |
| Abstract: | The main objective of this paper is to support the term information architecture in information science through a literature review and a theoretical basis and propose concepts. Supports the premise that the term is feasible to achieve the proposed solutions to information problems focused on user needs. Then it has been a proposal of factors involved. The paper proposes the information architecture as a field of knowledge able to answer the fundamental question of research that challenges science of information of how to get the information in a more objective way in less time. The results indicate the need to use these concepts of information architecture to propose innovative solutions. |
