| Abstract: | The article proposes, confronting normative-textual landmarks on copyright and industrial property, to expose the contradictions that denote the employer benefits in the private law norms that proposed a revision of art. 454 of CLT, and the need for subsistence of the content of the Consolidated text in front of its flexibilizing intentions. |
