Empresas estatais privatizadas e contratos administrativos pretéritos

Abstract

Currently, the topic of privatization is on the agenda. The transfer of the shareholding control of the state-owned companies to the private initiative is accompanied by the assumption of the respective activities, thus adding administrative contracts maintained by the state-owned companies with other bodies and entities of the Public Administration. Unionizing the destination of these post-privatization administrative contracts is the thematic object of this work.
