| Abstract: | As pesquisas na seara do direito processual civil precisam se abrir à transdiciplinaridade. Estudos puramente dogmáticos não serão capazes de, sozinhos, enfrentar conflitos cada vez mais intrincados. É preciso buscar inspirações em campos como o da sociologia jurídica, terreno fértil à expansão de conhecimentos mais abrangentes. A mudança de cultura crucial ao sucesso do novo código de processo civil depende de posturas arrojadas, que ultrapassem os lugares-comuns. |
| Abstract: | Researches in Civil Procedure Law need to be open to transdisciplinarity. Purely dogmatic studies will not be able, alone, to face increasingly intricate conflicts. We must seek inspiration in fields like the Legal Sociology, fertile ground for the expansion of broader knowledge. The change of culture is crucial to the success of the new Civil Procedure Code and depends on bold stances, beyond the platitudes. |
