Impactos com a implantação da certificação da norma ABNT NBR ISO 9001:2015 em um laboratório de um órgão público

Abstract

The present monograph was developed in a laboratory of a public agency, in which the certification in the ABNT NBR ISO 9001: 2015 standard was implemented. The research problem was to analyze the impact of accreditation on the organizational environment and on employees' work routine. The general objective is to identify the impacts that the practices adopted in the implementation of the certification promoted in the internal processes of the organization, and the specific objectives were to describe the practices of the implementation of the standard already used by the laboratory, to compare the current internal process with the process suggested by the standard and detecting any differences and assessing the laboratory collaborators' perception of internal processes after the implementation of the Quality Management process. The main results obtained were the organization, the optimization of the activities developed in the laboratory in search of excellence in service and the introduction of the culture of quality.
