| Abstract: | A ocupação de uma cidade é determinada por vários fatores, incluindo a ação antrópica e o clima onde está inserida, sendo que a forma como se usa o solo do espaço urbano é direcionada pelas leis de planejamento e construção do município. Porém, muitas vezes a legislação é genérica e não considera as condicionantes climáticas para orientar a atividade edílica de forma mais condizente com as características locais. O objetivo deste trabalho é utilizar as ferramentas Diagrama Bioclimático de Givoni, Tabelas de Mahoney e o software WRPlot para analisar o clima da cidade de Cláudio e verificar a concordância das estratégias com as recomendações das normas de desempenho NBR 15220 e NBR15575. O resultado foi a proposição de adequações ao Código de Obras e Edificações da cidade de Cláudio, concluindo que a utilização das ferramentas em conjunto contribuem para promover o conforto térmico das edificações com maior consciência sobre as estratégias de projeto arquitetônico. |
| Abstract: | The city occupation is determined by several factors, including the anthropic action and the climate where it is inserted, and the way in which it uses the solo of the urban space is guided by the planning and construction laws of the municipality. However, the legislation is often generic and does not consider climatic conditions to guide the building activity in a way more consistent with local characteristics. The objective of this work is to use Givoni Bioclimatic Diagram, Mahoney Tables and the software WRPlot to analyze the climate of the Cláudio city and verify the agreement of the strategies with the recommendations of the performance standards NBR 15220 and NBR15575. The result was the proposition of adjustments to the Buildings Code of the Cláudio city, concluding that the use of the tools together contribute to promote the thermal comfort of the buildings with greater awareness of the architectural design strategies. |
