| Abstract: | Os museus integram o sistema de produção e difusão cultural de uma determinada região e são importantes coadjuvantes no processo de formação e educação da sociedade. O Museu da Gente Sergipana é considerado um dos museus mais modernos do país, pelo fato da tecnologia de ponta que emprega. Pretende-se, por meio deste artigo, desenvolver pesquisa de campo para reconhecer as relações entre cultura e economia, em especial o papel do Museu da Gente Sergipana localizado em Aracaju. O artigo está, portanto, dividido em quatro seções, incluindo a introdução. Os resultados aqui encontrados evidenciam o papel relevante do Museu da Gente Sergipana na cena cultural de Aracaju, mas mostram, por outro lado, que o processo de fidelização e identidade do residente com o espaço é algo ainda em processo de construção, que depende, em muito, das ações educativas para formação de público |
| Abstract: | The museums are part of the system of cultural production and dissemination of a particular region and are important adjuncts in the process of training and education of society. The Museum of People Sergipana is considered one of the most modern museums in the country, because of the latest technology it employs. It is intended, through this article, develop field research to recognize the relationship between culture and economy, in particular the role of Museum of People Sergipana located in Aracaju. The article is therefore divided into four sections, including the introduction. The present results show the important role of the Museum of People Sergipana in the cultural scene of Aracaju but show, however, that the process of loyalty and identity of the resident with the space is something still under construction, which highly depends on, educational activities for public education |
