| Abstract: | Este trabalho teve como objetivo descrever sobre o acolhimento no contexto da estratégia de saúde da família abordando o que é o programa saúde da família e a necessidade de humaniza/ acolher o usuário que busca atendimento. O objetivo deste trabalho foi descrever sobre o acolhimento no contexto da estratégia de saúde da família. A metodologia utilizada foi de um estudo exploratório, descritivo, tendo como base a pesquisa bibliográfica-narrativa a partir do levantamento da produção científica, com período de publicação dos periódicos de 1999 a 2010. Os resultados deixam evidencias que o acolhimento ainda é pouco conhecido pelos profissionais de saúde, permanecendo fora das ações de muitas unidades, isso pelo fato de ser uma diretriz operacional do trabalho em saúde que está em construção nas unidades e isso reflete diretamente no que conhece ou não cada trabalhador. As conclusões apontam que acolhimento é uma escuta voltada para a queixa do usuário com pouca resolutividade, encontra limitações na sua implantação e precisa ser revisto enquanto um instrumento que veio para reorganizar a atenção básica conforme as diretrizes do Sistema Único de Saúde. |
| Abstract: | This work aimed to describe about the welcoming in the context of family health strategy addressing what is the family health program and the need of humanizing the user who seeks assistance. The aim of this work was to describe on the host in the context of family health strategy. The methodology used was an exploratory study, descriptive, based on the bibliographical research narrative from the survey of scientific production, with publication period of periodical from 1999 to 2010. The results leave evidence that the host is still little known by health professionals, staying out of the actions of many units, t his by fact of being a heath work operating guideline that is under construction on the drives and this reflects directly on who knows or not each worker. The findings indicate that host is a focused listening to the user with little complaint limitations on their efficaciousness and deployment needs to be reviewed as an instrument that came to rearrange the basic attention in accordance with the guidelines of the single health system (SUS). |
