| Abstract: | O presente trabalho é de cunho qualitativo, tendo como objetivo principal identificar os principais desafios enfrentados pelo programa mais alfabetização. O programa faz parte de uma serie de ações proposta pelo Governo Federal, que tenta amenizar os resultados obtidos pela Avaliação Nacional de Alfabetização (ANA) de 2016. Os resultados nos anos anteriores levantaram questões quanto ao nível de alfabetização dos alunos do 1 º e 2º ano, pois, os mesmos apresentaram resultados abaixo da meta estipulada pelos municípios e média geral do país. Diante disto, o programa mais alfabetização vem sendo implantado nos municípios, com a meta de aumentar o nível de alfabetização dos alunos. Para tanto, buscamos conhecer o fenômeno através a coleta e análise de dados (questionário) em uma escola municipal do município de Sabará (MG), que recebeu o programa desde 2018. Os professores, o pedagogo e os assistentes de sala responderam ao questionário qualitativo e quantitativo. Após estudo realizado, conclui-se que os desafios do programa, estão ligados a falta de qualificação dos profissionais da educação e o processo de letramento. |
| Abstract: | The present work is of a qualitative nature, having as main objective to identify the main challenges faced by the more literacy program. The program is part of a series of actions proposed by the Federal Government, which tries to soften the results obtained by the 2016 National Literacy Assessment (ANA). The results in previous years raised questions about the literacy level of students in the 1st and 2nd year, therefore, they presented results below the target stipulated by the municipalities and the country's general average. In view of this, the more literacy program has been implemented in the municipalities, with the goal of increasing the literacy level of students. To this end, we seek to learn about the phenomenon through the collection and analysis of data (questionnaire) in a municipal school in the municipality of Sabará (MG), which has received the program since 2018. Teachers, pedagogues and classroom assistants answered the qualitative questionnaire. and quantitative. After a study, it was concluded that the challenges of the program are linked to the lack of qualification of education professionals and the literacy process. |
