dc.description.abstractWe conducted a study to implement an educational intervention plan for diabetic patients using insulin in UBS Guanabara, Betim / MG. The diabetes education is an essential element of any action to view the patient's attention because it enables the same for self-care. The objective of this work is to develop an action plan to improve the quality of life of diabetic patients using insulin in the team Kennedy, UBS Guanabara, Betim / MG. This work was carried out through a narrative review of educational intervention in diabetic patients using insulin. For the literature search were the uni used terms: "Diabetes Mellitus", "Risk Factors Diabetes Mellitus", "Family Health Program" and "Education in the diabetic patient." Publications of the last 12 years were evaluated in Portuguese available on the website of the Virtual Health Library (BVS), in the Latin American Center database and Caribbean Center on Health Sciences (LILACS), International Literature in Sciences Health (MEDLINE), the virtual library Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), and virtual library NOW program platform Education Center in Public Health (NESCON). Upon review, we prepared a questionnaire of knowledge before and after the educational intervention and by direct observation evaluated the dexterity in both times.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoRealizou-se um estudo para implementar um plano de intervenção educativo para pacientes diabéticos que usam insulina na UBS Guanabara, Betim/MG. A educação em diabetes é elemento essencial de qualquer ação com visão a atenção do paciente, pois capacita ao mesmo para seu autocuidado. O objetivo deste trabalho é elaborar um plano de intervenção para melhorar a qualidade de vida dos pacientes diabéticos que usam insulina na equipe Kennedy, UBS Guanabara, Betim/MG. O presente trabalho foi realizado através de uma revisão narrativa sobre intervenção educativa em pacientes diabéticos que usam insulina. Para a busca na literatura foram utilizados os uni termos: “Diabetes Mellitus”, “Fatores de risco da Diabetes Mellitus”, “Programa Saúde da Família” e “Educação no paciente diabético”. Foram avaliadas as publicações dos últimos 12 anos, em português, disponíveis no portal da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), na base de dados do Centro LatinoAmericano e do Caribe de Informação em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Literatura Internacional em Ciências da Saúde (MEDLINE), na biblioteca virtual Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), e na biblioteca virtual da plataforma do programa AGORA do Núcleo de Educação em Saúde Coletiva (NESCON). Após a revisão, elaborou-se um questionário de conhecimentos antes e depois da intervenção educativa e mediante a observação direta avaliada se a destreza nos dois momentos.pt_BR
