Title: | Exame citopatologico na unidade básica de saúde Jardim Alvorada, Belo Horizonte: plano de intervenção para aumentar a adesão sua realização |

Abstract: | A Unidade Básica de Saúde (UBS) Jardim Alvorada, em Belo Horizonte – Minas Gerais, conta com cinco Equipes de Saúde da Família (ESF). A ESF Laranja tem uma população de 2865 habitantes dos quais 1344 (46,91%) são homens e 1521 (53,09%) são mulheres. Após a realização do diagnóstico situacional do território estudado foi possível identificar os principais problemas encontrados nessa área de abrangência, dentro deles destacando-se: a baixa adesão das mulheres ao exame citopatológico (Teste de Papanicolau); o elevado índice de diabéticos e hipertensos não controlados; alto índice de pacientes obesos e tabagistas; maus hábitos dietéticos e elevado índice de usuários que consume droga e álcool, entre outros. O problema de maior relevância na equipe foi a baixa adesão das mulheres à realização do exame citopatológico. Assim, este trabalho objetivou propor um plano de intervenção com vistas á melhoraria da cobertura do exame citopatológico (Papanicolau), das mulheres da abrangência da equipe Laranja da UBS Jardim Alvorada, em Belo Horizonte - MG. Foi realizada pesquisa bibliográfica nas bases de dados da SciELO e PUBMED com os descritores: Atenção Primária à Saúde, exame Papanicolau, esfregaço vaginal e saúde da mulher. Também foram pesquisados Programas do Ministério da Saúde e da Secretaria de Estado da Saúde de Minas Gerais. Espera-se com a criação do projeto de intervenção garantir melhor adesão das mulheres à realização do exame de Papanicolaou, para um melhor controle e seguimento das mulheres na prevenção do câncer de colo uterino. |
Abstract: | The Basic Health Unit (BHU) Jardim Alvorada in Belo Horizonte - Minas Gerais, has five Family Health Teams (FHT). Orange ESF has a population of 2865 inhabitants of which 1344 (46.91%) are men and 1521 (53.09%) are women. After conducting a situational diagnosis of the territory studied was possible to identify the main problems encountered in this area of coverage within them particularly: the low adherence of women to the Pap smear (Papanicolau test); the high rate of diabetic and hypertensive patients not controlled; high rate of obese and smokers; bad dietary habits and high rate of users who consume drugs and alcohol, among others. The most relevant issue in the team was the poor adherence of women to Pap smear testing. This work aimed to propose an action plan aiming will improve the coverage of cervical cancer screening (Pap), women's coverage of the Orange team UBS Jardim Alvorada in Belo Horizonte - MG. Literature search was conducted in the databases of SciELO and PUBMED with the descriptors: Primary Health Care, Pap smear, vaginal smear and women's health. Programs were also surveyed the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Health of Minas Gerais. It is hoped that the creation of the intervention project to ensure better adherence of women to the realization of the Pap smear, for better control and monitoring of women in the prevention of cervical cancer. |
