| Abstract: | Este trabalho discorrerá sobre um elemento fundamental na busca pela a construção da Gestão Democrática na escola pública brasileira: o Projeto Político Pedagógico. Ressalta o planejamento participativo como instrumento indispensável nesta construção e faz uma reflexão acerca da participação real e a ideal. A elaboração da Proposta Pedagógica da Escola Municipal Pequeno Polegar, Instituição de Educação Infantil, localizada na cidade de Buenópolis - MG é aqui analisada a partir dos pressupostos teóricos de Veiga(1998), Freire(2004), Oliveira (2011) e outros autores que abordam o assunto. E nesse contexto, esse estudo tem como objetivo verificar a atuação do Conselho Escolar na elaboração do PPP dessa instituição, descrevendo e avaliando a atuação dos gestores na acolhida à participação efetiva de seu órgão colegiado e da Comunidade, durante o processo de elaboração do referido documento. |
| Abstract: | This paper will talk about a key element in the quest for the construction of democratic management in the Brazilian public school: the Pedagogical Political Project. Emphasizes participatory planning as an essential tool in this construction and is a reflection on the ideal and actual participation. The preparation of the Municipal School of Pedagogical Tom Thumb, Child Education Institution, located in the city of Buenópolis - MG is analyzed here from the theoretical assumptions of Veiga (1998), Freire (2004), Oliveira (2011) and other authors who address the issue. And in that context, this study aims to determine the role of the School Board in the preparation of PPP that institution, describing and evaluating the performance of managers in welcoming the effective participation of its collective body and the Community, during the preparation of this document. |
