dc.description.abstractThis research is interested in and concerned with words as a vital force. The way words circulate among us draws ways of being, materialize cosmologies, invent worlds; just as, in a relationship of becoming, words are invented and drawn by the world they inhabit and the respective ways of being in it. What are the words in transit today in Brazil and which are the forces they carry? This dissertation is composed of three notebooks: the listening notebook, an introductory text, in which I share the problems that are posed as a starting point and the formal and informal choices made to answer them and move on with the making of this work; the power notebook, which has as its trigger the text "The Duty to Speak", by Pierre Clastres, and the current Brazilian political context and where I dedicate myself to investigate words as carriers of power, coercive and non-coercive, and the act of speaking as an force that acts on such power. How do we organize ourselves to speak and listen to each other?; and the territory notebook, in which I trace relations between words, language and territory, based on the notion of law as a fiction of power invented by state societies. What are the political and symbolic fictions practiced as "right" today in Brazil? What and who has the right to exist and what and to whom is this right denied?pt_BR
dc.description.resumoEsta pesquisa tem como interesse e assunto a palavra enquanto força vital. O modo como as palavras circulam entre nós desenham modos de ser e estar, materializam cosmologias, inventam mundos; assim como, numa relação de devir, as palavras são inventadas e desenhadas pelo mundo que habitam e os respectivos modos de ser e estar nele. Quais as palavras em trânsito hoje no Brasil e quais as forças por elas transportadas? Essa dissertação é composta por três cadernos: o caderno escuta, um caderno introdutório, no qual compartilho os problemas que estão postos enquanto ponto de partida e as escolhas formais e informais tomadas para responder a eles e seguir com a feitura deste trabalho; o caderno poder, que tem como disparo o texto "O dever da palavra", de Pierre Clastres, e o atual contexto político brasileiro. Nele me dedico a investigar as palavras enquanto portadoras de poderes, coercitivo e não-coercitivo, e, o ato de falar enquanto uma ação que agencia tais poderes. Como nos organizamos para falar e escutar uns aus outres?; e o caderno território, em que traço relações entre a palavra, a língua e o/no território, tendo como fio a noção de direito enquanto uma ficção de poder inventada pelas sociedades de Estado. Quais as ficções políticas e simbólicas praticadas enquanto “direito” hoje no Brasil? O quê e quem possui o direito de existir e o quê e a quem esse direito é negado?pt_BR
