| Abstract: | O artigo discute a situação do Ensino Médio na atualidade no Brasil, a partir de algumas mudanças vividas na última década. O texto procura discutir a situação do Ensino Médio diante das exigências da legislação recente, mais especificamente a instituição da obrigatoriedade e gratuidade pela EC n°59/2009 e a aprovação do Plano Nacional de Educação. Procura, ainda, refletir sobre o impacto sofrido no Ensino Médio com as mudanças no Enem, que promoveram uma verdadeira revolução na forma de ingresso à educação superior pública, por meio do Sisu; e privada, em decorrência da vinculação de seu resultado à concessão de bolsas do ProUni, e sobre os efeitos diretos e indiretos desse exame sobre a orientação curricular, que vem sendo dirigida no sentido de responder à exigência do teste. |
| Abstract: | The article discusses the high school situation today in Brazil, from some changes experienced in the last decade. The text discusses the high school situation on the requirements of recent legislation, specifically the introduction of obligatory and free education by EC No. 59/2009, and the approval of the National Education Plan. It also seeks to reflect on the impact suffered in high school with the changes in Enem, which promoted a real revolution in the form of admission to public and private higher education, through the Sisu, as a result of linking its outcome to scholarships ProUni; and on the direct and indirect effects of the examination on the curriculum guidance that has been directed towards answering the test requirement. |
